Nitin Kumar
Founder, CEO and Managing Director
Nitin has served as CEO of Appulse since the time it was
part of Pricer group of Sweden. He has extensive experience
in general management, program management, product development
and R&D. He has closely worked with ISVs(Independent Software
Vendors) and technology product companies in engineering leadership
role to bring new products to market. Nitin has been involved
in high tech product development, product management and general
management roles since last 8 years. In past, he has been
instrumental in successful product engineering initiatives
at HCL Technologies for 5 years, one of the leading technology
services companies headquartered in Sunnyvale, California.
Nitin has his strengths in Marketing, structured approach
to sales and Product Development. He has been involved
in co-founding Appulse and building a sound team to deliver
products, forming Joint Ventures and securing 1st stage of
funding for Appulse and later management buy out. He has also
been involved in securing patent for image display on devices
for one of the product companies where he led the efforts.
In the past Nitin also co-founded a ERP product company,
focused on textile industry in India and a textile manufacturing
company subsequently.
He has extensive experience in Sweden and US. Nitin is a
Computer Science B.E. from Indian Institute of Technology
(IIT), Roorkee in India.

Vikas Banga
VP (Sales and Marketing)
Vikas brings with him a vast experience in technology product
management. He has been involved in product conceptualization
and defining features, conducting workshops with number of
ISVs and product companies in USA, Sweden and Japan.
He has also been involved in program management, managing
product teams of upto 50 R&D engineers, and defining product
architecture. He has been an expert in Rational Unified Process
and Object Oriented Methodologies and initiated Use Case based
requirements capturing and requirements prioritization with
several product companies.
In the past Vikas co-founded an online web portal focused
on IT jobs in India and a textile manufacturing company. He
has also helped a number of startups in product conceptualization.
Vikas is leading Operations at our USA center. Previously
he has held management and engineering positions with HCL
Technologies, a leading technology services company headquartered
in Sunnyvale, California and Aithent Technologies, a product
company headquartered in New York. Vikas is a BE Computer
Science from Kurukshetra University, India.

Chetna Manglik
Vice President-Talent Development
Chetna is responsible for talent management at Appulse. She
has been involved in hiring, motivating and retaining world
class talent for R&D and engineering at Appulse since
last 3 years.
Prior to this Chetna has worked as part of engineering team
for Aithent Technologies for 4 years, headquartered in New
York and closely understands the team dynamics and people
factors involved in building a great product team.
She has been instrumental in implementing and revising existing
appraisal system and bringing ESOP as a measure to bring solid
team together at Appulse.
She holds Masters in Computers Applications and Bachelors
from Kurukshetra University, India.

Gajendera Solanki
AVP Delivery and CTO
As Delivery head at Appulse, Gajendera brings extensive experience on all aspects of Technology and Delivery. Having worked with small and large MNCs (Indian as well as from USA / UK / Canada) Gajendera has practiced and helped evolve the Industry best practices towards achieving the Holy Grail of Quality and On Time / Within Budget Deliveries.
His experience ranges from start-ups to SEI-CMMi Level 5 companies. Himself a certified 'Internal Auditor' for ISO, he has managed large projects which have been succesfully audited for ISO and CMMi certifications. He has been instrumental in Agile development methodology adoption at Appulse.
Gajendra pursued his qualification by doing M.SC. (Physics) with specialization in Semiconductors & Electronics, M.Tech. from IIT Delhi and currently he is going to be Doctor, PhD from IIT Delhi on topic “Digital zone plate coded 3D imaging and 3D reconstructions”. He has innovatively contributed a new ‘Enhanced Digital Decoding Algorithm for 3D microscopy of large size objects’, JOSA-A, April, 04, America, as his Ph.D. Top
Manpreet Singh
Principal Architect
Manpreet is responsible for defining the architecture , ensuring development and spearheading our venture into new technologies. He also helps lead internal technology training at Appulse and develops new capabilities in diffrent domains.
A guitarist in his leisure time, he is a family man and enjoys good wine and food.

Roland Ronquist
General and Consulting Partner
- Sweden
Roland brings more than 20 years of experience in the Swedish
IT industry; he has worked in research, retail automation,
and network security and GIS and his field of experience ranges
to software development, quality assurance, project management,
system management, writing, and consulting. He has lead development
and testing for both embedded applications to distributed
high level enterprise applications.
In past he worked with RSA security where he held different
positions at level of Program management as well as Test Management.
Roland possesses expert level knowledge in UNIX and Test
Automation and has varied interests in software development
and networking.
Roland holds Engineering degree in Electronics from University
of Uppsala, Sweden.
